Making our own sprouts is super easy and fun for the whole family. I always get satisfaction from watching the little guys grow.
Eating sprouts is one of the best ways to get living foods in your diet. Not only are sprouts clearly raw, they are alive and growing. I’ve read that the sprout can have 500x more nutrients than the plant it grows into. Pretty awesome! So enjoy broccoli sprouts, red clover sprouts, mung bean and lentil sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, and many more.
