Pizza crust
Yield: 4-6 6 inch pizzas or 3 full pizzas
prep time 15 minutes
Ingredients
2 Roma tomatoes
3 celery stalks
2 large carrots
1 jalapeno pepper
1 fennel bulb
1 red bell pepper
2 cups organic flax meal (ground raw flax seeds)
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1Tbsp rosemary
1tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
In food processor using the chop tool, combine all ingredients except the flax meal for 1 minute. Add flax meal and combine until a thick dough is created. If too wet, add up to ¼ cup more flax meal.
Spoon out unto teflex sheets on dehydrator tray. You have thinly spread 6, 6 inch pizzas or 3 10 inch pizzas. Dehydrate for 8 hours on 105. Switch sides, dehydrate for 2 more hours. You want them to be slighly soft still.
Use right awat by adding pizza toppings and dehydrate for 2 more hours.
OR store in covered glass container. Will keep for a week.
Simple Raw Nut Cheese cheese
Yield: 4-6 6 inch pizzas

Ingredients
1 cup raw organic cashews
1 cup raw organic macadamia nuts
2 Tbsp fresh oregano leaves
2 Tbsp fresh Thyme leaves
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp nama shoyu
¼ cup water
Ideally, the mac nuts and cashews have been soaked in drinking water for at least 4 hours, and rinsed. Combine all ingredients in food processor with the chop tool. Blend until well mixed and creamy. Feel free to add a tiny bit more water if you want a thinner cheese.

1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp red pepper flakes
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp black pepper

Use a mandolin to thinly slice the watermelon radishes. I like to marinate in an 8×8 glass dish with a lid. Add remaining ingredients to the dish with sliced radishes. Let marinate for at least 15 min.
