LIVING macadamia nut shakes, chocolate/ vanilla/ strawberry

For those of you that don’t live in the Los Angeles area, and couldn’t make it today to my class at Whole Foods, here is a great recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth while also truly nourishing your body temple. Enjoy!

*Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate Macadamia Nut Shakes

½ cup raw organic macadamia nuts (almonds, cashews, brazil nuts all may be used if truly raw and organic)

2 cups water

1Tbsp cacao powder or 2 tsp vanilla powder or vanilla extract, or 1/2 cup strawberries.

1Tbsp raw honey or maple syrup or 2 dates, remove date pits

1 cup frozen bananas


Blend and enjoy. This is a very satisfying sweet treat for the kids, and you. Feel free to freeze this for ice cream, or put in popsicle makers.
