*Juiced Swiss Chard & Cilantro Soup
1 bunch swiss chard
1 cup spinach
4 Romain leaves
1 cucumber
1 green onion
1 clove garlic
4 sprigs cilantro
1 avocado ~ to dice on top
Put all ingredients (except avocado) through juicer. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Top with diced avocado and perhaps sunflower seeds.
*Sliced Rapini, Bok Choy & Cucumber Salad w/ Poppy Seed & Tahini Dressing
Yeild: 4 servings
1 bunch rapini 
2 baby bok choy
2 Persian cucumbers
Put all three ingredients through the food processor using the slice tool. If you don’t have a food processor, slice or chop.
Dressing:
¼ cup raw organic raw cashews
1 large carrot
1 cup water
1 Tbsp tahini
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 cayenne pepper
2 cloves garlic
dash sea salt
dash black pepper
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour atop sliced greens, toss and serve. YUM.
2 cups germinated seeds and nuts of choice. Mix it up. I like 1 cup almonds, ½ cup macadamia nuts, and ½ cup pumpkin seeds. I use what I have.
1 apple, fuji is best
1 cup dried cranberries 
½ raisins or goji berries
½ organic chocolate chips (optional)
In blender or food processor with chop tool, blend or purée the apple until smooth, add in all other ingredients and purée or blend until well mixed. I like to keep it chunky. Spoon on to dehydrator tray and dehydrate for 12 hours.
*To Make a Nutrition Bar: blend until totally smooth, and shape into long rectangles on dehydrator tray, dehydrate for 12 hours. If you blend until smooth when adding the organic chocolate chips, it makes a Brownie like snack. I put that into an 8×8 glass dish and chill.
- 3 sprigs parsley
2 sprigs lavender
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
juice from 1 lemon - 3 cups water
- 3 drops B. Raw Lavender essential oil
Boil parsley and lavender in water for 7 minutes. Let cool completely. Add remaining ingredients and stir until mixed. Bottle in a re-purposed wine or oil bottle. Keeps active in refrigerator for 3 weeks. Use all over your body with an organic washcloth or my favorite, a grapefruit peel as a washcloth. Have fun with this. The lavender essential oil is purifying for the skin, will clear up blemishes and will soothe the mind and heart.
