These are quick and easy SuperFood Holiday recipes from Episode 17 “A SuperFood Holiday”. Hope you and your loved ones enjoy them.
1 cup raw coconut oil
¾ cup Superberry Symphony (dried superfruits of golden berries, goji berries, goosebarries and blueberries)
½ cup maple syrup
½ cup raw agave nectar
8×8 glass dish
Melt coconut oil in the jar under hot water. Pour coconut oil in blender. Add cacao powder, maple syrup and agave. Blend until smooth. Pour the dried superfruits in the 8×8 glass dish. Pour chocolate mixture on top. Put in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours. Set on counter top for 10-20 minutes prior to cutting so it softens enough to cut smoothly. Cut in small squares and serve. People LOVE this.
Nutmeg Cinnamon Walnut Fudge cups
1 cup raw cacao powder 
1 cup raw coconut oil
½ cup maple syrup
½ cup raw agave nectar
8 drops B. Raw Body Nutmeg essential oil
1 ½ tsps organic cinnamon
¼ cup raw organic walnuts
¼ cup raisins
Line up silicon muffin cups on a tray that
easily goes into the refrigerator.
Melt coconut oil in the jar under hot water. Pour coconut oil in blender. Add cacao powder, maple syrup and agave. Blend until smooth. Break up raw walnuts and put in silicon cups with raisins. Pour chocolate mixture on top. Put in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours.
*Pecan Goji Raw cups 
1 cup raw cacao powder
1 cup raw coconut oil
½ cup maple syrup
½ cup raw agave nectar
¼ cup raw organic pecans
¼ cup goji berries
Line up silicon muffin cups on a tray that easily goes into the refrigerator.
Melt coconut oil in the jar under hot water. Pour coconut oil in blender. Add cacao powder, maple syrup and agave. Blend until smooth. Break up raw pecans and put them in silicon cups with goji berries. Pour chocolate mixture on top. Put in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours.
* Raw Spiced Sipping Chocolate
1 cup raw organic cashews, soaked and dehydrated
½ cup raw cacao powder
¾ cup coconut sugar
½ cup fresh stevia leaves (optional)
Soak raw organic cashews, then dehydrate for 12 hours or until truly dry. Using the food processor with the chop tool, chop up the cashews until they are like a powder. Spoon cashew powder out into a large mixing bowl. Stir in raw cacao powder, coconut sugar and stevia leaves if you choose. The stevia is optional.
Use 1 Tbsp sipping cacao mix in warm water.
Store raw chocolate mix in glass jar with a lid.

1 orange
1Tbsp camu camu powder
Simply slice and dice fruit to bite size pieces and place in bowl. Sprinkle fruit with camu camu powder, stir and enjoy. An excellent way to get those superfruit antioxidents in the morning.
